Certifiable


After a one-week hiatus, Again Faster is back, and this time we're dragging some weight out to the Pond.

A three-hundred-and-fifty rep chipper should get everybody back in the swing:

50 DB Deadlifts
50 DB Cleans
50 DB Swings
50 DB One-Armed Split Jerks (25 left, 25 right)
50 DB Weighted Squats
50 DB One-Armed Snatches (25 left, 25 right)
50 DB Weighted Burpees

For the duration of the workout, you'll have a pair of 40, 30, or 20 pound dumbbells. Name them if you'd like, because they're going to be with you for a while!

As always, we'll meet on the west side of Jamaica Pond next to the pullup bars, 8:00 a.m. sharp. If you need directions, shoot me an email.
